My work spans culture (how people experience an organization on the inside) and brand (how people experience an organization from the outside) because I believe the two are far more connected than most realize.

Build for the long haul. I respect people who know that shortcuts are just deferred costs. They're in it to build something that lasts.
Projects that light me up
A lot of care, little clarity. Teams full of passionate people who can't quite get on the same page about who they are? That's my sweet spot.
The recognition gap. Doing incredible work, but not getting the attention or returns to match? That's a problem I love solving.
Opportunity to communicate through action. Every choice sends a signal — how you run a meeting, how you treat a lapsed customer, what you put on the wall. I love helping organizations communication with their actions.
